A couple of days ago I saw a bird fly into our garage, hit a window, and fall behind my Dad's tool bench. My Mom and I got it out from under the tool bench and put it on the pavement so that it could fly away, but instead it started flapping around like crazy. We saw that there was cobwebs all over it's feet so my Mom got all of them off. After she got off all the cobwebs, it stopped flapping and just stood there. We thought it was stunned after hitting the window. Since it was not flying away Mariposa, Gemma, and Sedric came out to hold it (James was with my Dad getting groceries at the time).
After a few minuets of holding it, the bird finally flew away into some bushes.
That is AMAZING!!! What a wonderful memory to keep of holding/helping a little helpless bird!! Sooo COOL!!!
